Wholesale Charcoal
Our lumpwood charcoal is made from sustainably managed wood, cut from the coppice site we manage in central Scotland and from local broadleaf woodlands. We make charcoal in a variety of ways, from traditional earth burns to the modern retort. By buying our charcoal, you’re supporting a local producer, creating employment and building a local timber economy, maintaining a traditional method of production, and reducing your environmental impact.
Small charcoal bag
This is the smallest of our BBQ charcoal bags weighing in at 1.5kg, with enough charcoal for one medium-sized BBQ. Great for camping trips.

Medium charcoal bag
Our medium charcoal bag weight between 2.5kg and 3kg, depending on the size of the charcoal lumps, and is enought for one large BBQ or two smaller ones. Best for use on the home BBQ.

Large charcoal bag: designed for restaurant use
The largest of our bags is 5kg in weight and includes the biggest lumps of charcoal that come out of the kiln, along with some smaller ones. This is for aimed predominanly at restaurant use.
